Richard's Story

I have done many things since I left Vernon 42 years ago. I continue to work as an Emergency Physician and use my spare time to concentrate on playing and recording original music. I have been writing songs since I found my "Muse" around 1985. I have performed music in public venues under the name of "Doc" Mason...Expand for more
which is my Facebook name. Since one of my daughters is an opera singer, I have also come to appreciate and enjoy classical opera. I have developed a respect for the classical composers and find it a little hard to listen to music created with electronic "trickery." I guess you could say I am more of a purist.
