Richard's Story
Dear Former Classmates / Friends, This Message Date May 29, 2010
I am a victim-witness of serious crimes but fail to be assisted appropriately?
I also have reported the case related child abduction of my ten yr. old daughter Allison Brittany Mills and advised Mt. Laurel, N.J. Schools of such.
I personally have lost millions, reported many crimes 2006 - present such as divorce fraud and PHILA FBI wrongdoing involving former Easter High Scool Alumin Class 1988 - FBI Special Agent Bill DiCola who will be going to jail soon! Delaware Senator Tom Carper advised F.B.I. oversight in Dec. 2009 of this serious matter. Your help is appreciated and I ask you to tell your elected officials.
I have sent numerous e-mails and left many messages for PA Gov. Rendell, N.J. Gov. Christie and N.J. Lt. Governor Kim Guadano which go unreturned?
N.J. State Senator James Beach advised me on April 13, 2009 that my case was assigned to former N.J. U.S. Attorney Phillip Kwon. I was advised that arrests were pending and I was to receive Federal witness protection. Over 1 Yr. has gone by and I still fail to be assisted? I was later wrongly jailed Sept. 18, 2009 - October 15, 2009 by FBI and Voorhees, N.J. Police who have attempted to cover this matter up. I fled to Philadelphia, PA.

ttee of F.B.I. wrongdoing and other crimes. In Feb. 2009 Rep. J. Williams and Rep. W. C. Thomas advised the PA Judiciary Committee of this serious matter. On April 26, 2010 former PA U.S. Attorney M. Levy met me personally and indicated that my case will be prosecuted shortly. My file has been presented to newly confirmed SE PA U.S. Attorney Z. Memeger. Sen Farnese recently contacted PA Attorney Gen. Tom Corbett and others regarding this serious matter. I further advised PA State Senator Greenleaf and other members of the PA Judiciary Committee.
