Richard's Story
Life
I live in Portland, Tennessee now, with my wife, a childhood crush, in a small apartment. At the age of 21 had my name changed to OPP because of mom marrying Sam Opp. I really miss living in Colorado, I study locomotives and railroading and watch trains for a hobby. I also mess around with computers, operating systems, networking, just for the fun of it. I worked with the LARGE IBM mainframe computers for about 30 years.
I have three children, Anita Diane is my first born and lives with my second born Shiela Ann, and my "baby", Steven Richard in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I miss them since moving to Oklahoma. .
Steven was the father of my only grandchild, Felicity Elizabeth, who lived in Maple Falls, Washington. On January 7...Expand for more
, 2010, My granddaughter was brutally and violently murdered, I flew out to the area to attend her memorial service. The man who shot her also shot himself. He also wounded Liss' mother. She's OK now.

I had rheumatic fever as a very young child and to this day, my left leg hurts me. When I was four, my father would come to my bedroom and rub and massage that foot and leg. It is one of my favorite memories of him!!
I always wanted to be a Medical Doctor when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a BAD idea. As it turns out, they were RIGHT. I ended up an electronics technician and computer programmer. Can't say which I liked better, I LOVED BOTH JOBS!!!!
