Barbara Pruden Gatts:  

Life After attending Queens College in Charlotte, NC and being a sychronized swimmer, I started teaching in Hampton, VA, and married my soulmate from Bedford, Ohio, Dick. We had Todd and Kristin and lived at Lake Montonia, Kings Mountain, NC, until the kids finished high school, then lived in San Jose, California, for 22 years. I received my masters from SJSU and taught special children and adults for most of my teaching career. We now live in Las Vegas and love it as much as we loved all the other places. I'm happy with my life, my relatives, and my friends. We have five grandchildren I'd love to hear from people who remember me or shared similar experiences. School I loved the creek behind Richard E. Byrd School,the folk dancing classes, and sixth grade with Mr. Paul Schneider and choral reading.
