After being gone for 15+ years it's time to move back to the KC area. I will miss CA but Missouri is the "Maui of the Midwest". When my CA state tax refund check was an IOU I thought it might be time to leave. In recent months all of my children moved away from the west coast so I decided to follow them (they thought they could get away). eah!!!). My oldest daughter graduated from UCLA Law School and moved to D.C. to work for the Dept. of Homeland Security. My oldest son moved to Houston, TX and works in surgical device sales. My youngest son and daughter both go to KU. Though I haven't decided where I will live yet it has been great getting to see old friends when I am back on house hunting trips.
