Katherine's Story

Hi Y'all! Noticed people have provided a recap of what has been going on for the last four decades. Went to SDSU for 5 years and when I was a student there, started some businesses. A chain of stores and then Trip Tickets/Advance Tickets, which I sold after about 19 years. During that time I was married twice and had three awesome children. I lived in Clairemont for a while, and then bought a house in North Park. Then moved by Balboa Park for about ten years. After I was divorced I moved to a 20-acre piece of land I owned in Jamul and built one of the first Certified Organic Farms in California. Was there for almost 20 years and was a part-time farmer and full time entrepreneur. After I sold my ticket agency, I went to Costa Rica to see what opportunities were there but came back to the USA. Sold my farm and moved to Cardiff for a while then bought a home in Encinitas and have been here for ten years. Started some new businesses and have loved the challenges. My main business is manufacturing alkaline water ionizers and my company, Life Ionizers, is in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia. I was married for the final time (lol) to Katy Joy Freeman three years ago and I now know what a happy and perfect marriage is! My oldest Son, Thai Racer, is our general sales manager and it is very rewarding to work with him on a daily basis. My Daughter, Kara Marie, is the President of our European corporation and loves Europe and her incredibly smart and creative boyfriend. My younger Son,...Expand for more
Sage Justice, has been a Vegetarian since birth and is a body builder and student at Oakland University in Michigan. He studies nutrition (his Mom is a Doctor & he picked up his interests in this field from both of us). He loves photography and is a club photographer and was just hired as the official photographer at the Detroit Zoo. My Wife and I are both Vegans (I have been Vegetarian/Vegan for the last 40 years) and we have a fun project we do together RawPeople.com and just wrote our first book which will be out on Amazon next month. Just writing about a few of the things that have transpired in my life gives me the opportunity to see where these last 42 years have gone. Can you believe how quickly they have gone by? I still get together with my buddies from SDSU every year to watch the Super Bowl and cheer for the underdogs! I look forward to connecting with some of the people I went to Clairemont High with to catch up on old times. Life has been awesome, challenging and fun! Update: Katy Joy and I moved to The Big Island of Hawaii in 2016. We went to 22 Countries before we ended up in Hawaii. Purchased a 25-acre property in the jungle and ran a Bed & Breakfast till the Chinese virus was released. & the State closed all businesses down. Katy Joy is now working as a Psychotherapist and I have several businesses. We have several greenhouses to grow our own food and are totally off-grid. We are prepared for the coming collapse. God Bless America! Kind Regards, Rick and Katy Joy
