Life Since leaving Buena, I graduated from University of San Diego with BBA in Accounting in 1984 (after three semesters of binge drinking "1981-82" at San Diego State). Worked as CPA in San Diego office of an East Coast CPA firm for three years. Ran into Patricia Gilmore at a college graduation party for Michelle Kitko in San Diego in 1985. I caught Patricia in a weak moment and convinced her to marry me and move back to Ventura in 1987, so she could spend even more time with my high school friends. Worked as CFO for local real estate developer from 1987 - 1992, when I left to form a real estate investment company with my father. We currently have properties in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, and California.
