LOVE to run and share the 'Good News', encourage people both spiritually and physically, and to write.
In the past 11 years I have run over 26,000 miles, completed 73 marathons and countless shorter races, done a marathon in all 5o states and DC, and written my third book about my adventures with the marathons across America (Heading Toward ...Expand for more
