Rick's Story
Hi out there to the shadows of time from Newark and Memorial High School.
I have been enjoying life and learning lots since graduating from high school.
Let's see, I went into the army, army intelligence (oxymoron), after high school and became a cold war spy. Lived in Germany for 3 years which I loved. Became a father at 19 yrs old to my son,Joshua.
Got my degree in International Business at SF State. After a number of relationships with women, I came out. What a load to let off of my shoulders.
Have been living in and around San Francisco for the past 26 years. Had a successful career in Distribution Sales, Packaging Design in Silicon Valley, and management.
Then having looked at it all and asked "is that all there is?" I was once again reunited with my high school clique of friends and we asked each...Expand for more
other "If there was anything you would want to do with no limitations, what would that be?" My answer, both surprisingly clear yet a bit startling, was I wanted to perform, act, sing.
I have been doing that now ever since. Most recently, I can profess to being a professional actor/model/singer. I have let go of the security of a full time job and am doing what I am most passionate about.
Life is good.
A year ago, I became a grandfather to my grandson, Jacob.

Wish I could say the love life has been plentiful but that wouldn't be accurate. Was in a 5 year relationship back in the late 80's that would be equivalent to being married. But, although I learned a lot from that about who I am, I haven't found mister right...or even mister right now...but hope springs eternal...;-)
