Rick's Story
Hey guys it's hard to believe it has been 40 years. After a hand full of jobs out of high school, I landed a job with the city and county of Denver. I started as a car pound security attendant in 1980. Next I took a promotion to an Animal Control officer and stayed there until the end of last August ,at which point I retired with 34 years and 8 months. oys and a girl)that lasted for 14 years. All the kids are doing well and live in the metro area. I remarried in 1996 to my wonderful wife of 19 years as of next month. As of my second marriage I now have 2 step-daughters and total of 7 grandkids. My wife and I have been traveling over the last 15 years and she also retired from the city of Denver last December. We are enjoying retirement and each other. My interests are traveling, NASCAR ,and classic cars.
