Rick's Story
After graduating, I went to Furman... yeah, me... to Furman... and I graduated too. It was at Furman that I met Donna... and I knew with one look... this is the one. I was right. We have been married for 30 years and have four great kids. Donna was a nurse for 25 years and is now a teacher at UCHS. After Furman I went to seminary and have been a preacher since 1983. ack in Union. I am currently renovating a house... TOTALLY renovating.
My oldest child is a son, Reese, 29, who is a Golden Knight... a member of the US Army precision parachuting team. My next is a daughter, Bethany, 28 who is a teacher in Union and mother of my only grandchild, Kolton. Leah is my youngest daughter, 22. She recently graduated from Furman and will soon attend medical school... or law school. My youngest is a son, Ethan, 19 and is a freshman at The Citadel... they call them knobs.
