Rick's Story

Life Married Kim Schwartz (SHS '86) in 1990. Moved to KC and worked 9 years as a mechanical engineer for Black & Veatch. Had first son, Joey, in 1995. Second son, Mitch, in 1997. Left B&V in '99 to manage IT projects for Yellow Freight. Six months later, I left my position at YFS to start...Expand for more
a dot com (spin off of YFS). Currently, I'm the Director of BS (that's Business Solutions) at Transportation.com in KC. Basically, I manage the software developers and I serve as an interpreter btwn the business folks and the IT folks. You know, the pointy haired boss in Dilbert, that's me.
