Rick's Story
After VHS I bummed around Ventura county airports and worked rather meaningless jobs but did manage to gain a pilot's certificate, which has always been disproportionately important to me. Married in '84, had a fantastic daughter in '87. Joined Northrop-Grumman where I have remained for nearly thirty years. Went to school in south central L.A. (an education unto itself). I have a title that doesn't translate but my job relates to quality system management.

'94. Hopscotched houses in Ventura and Camarillo, cashed out, designed and built a home and workshop on acreage in the rural California high desert where I spend free time flying my vintage Cessna and build/restore old/experimental airplanes.
Wife Susan is a retired Ventura County substance abuse cite manager (no, I was not a client). Daughter Allison is a Gonzaga U. graduate double majoring in Asian Studies and Art. She is a Japanese language translator and digital imaging technician.
