Rick's Story

Life About 2 years after Bowsher I finally grew up. Fortunately for me I was 4-F so Vietnam was out of the picture. I was able to get a decent job in my adopted home of Fort Wayne, Indiana. As luck would have it, I met a spectacular woman, got married and started a small family. Have 2 cool kids and both have done very well in life so far. Unfortunately, my wife of over 40 years passed away suddenly in April of 2010, so I have become the unthinkable "old widower".. After Judy's death, I moved to my lake home near Sturgis Michigan, and now enjoy my life there. Started my serious...Expand for more
career as a Laboratory technician in a Plastics Chemical company. Progressed with same company to Salesman, to Sales Manager, and to Plant Manger. Burned out, and started my own sales business in the Plastics Industry. Got tired of that, sold it, and now am finishing career as the International Sales Manager for a company in the same plastic market I've grown up in. I travel Europe, Asia, the US and Mexico for business and leisure. SE ASIA is definitely my favorite place.... Bali... Phuket... 1000 Islands... Bangkok... Singapore... Hong Kong.... Pampanga... AND GRANDPA .... TWICE !
