Updated July 28, 2009 I haven't been using this site much and use Facebook more, if you want to contact me there. A brief update: After graduation from Montclair H.S. in 1982, I studied Architecture at Rhode Island School of Design for 1 year and then for five years at Cooper Union in New York City. After renovation a three story building in Brooklyn I moved to Southampton, NY on Long Island and worked at both construction and architecture. --In 2001 I moved to Ukraine and began working as a missionary with the Calvary Chapel Church. I had been to Africa, Japan and Mexico but I felt Ukraine was the place. I mostly teach at the moment. I teach at our Christian church fellowship in Simferopol, Ukraine and also teach some English. I have been inspired with a number of songs and have produced three albums, which you can hear at my blog on Xanga called Templestream. Or you can hear some samples at a site called Worshipcorner. The original plans for my life were not to become a missionary but God has used all of my education for good. Jesus described a type of building and foundation which surpases a physical building and foundation[Matthew 7]. If you're not bored by my life, here's some more history: In January 2005 I married Olya Yakovlieva in Kiev, Ukraine (A late start at 40 years of age!) and we live and work as missionaries in Simferopol, Ukraine. --Last spring we travelled to Israel and it was a wonderful trip to see the many historical sites and contemporary culture there.--Our son Jacob Josiah was born August 3rd, 2007 in Ukraine.--If you would like to receive monthly updates of the work we are doing I would be happy to send you our monthly newsletter.
