hoe CA. I was on the SWAT team as a sniper and Bomb Technician. I also spent several years on the boat patrol (Summer primary duty) and over 20 years as a field training officer. Over half my LE career was involved in Narcotics Investigations. Rick owned Sierra Snake Removal after retirement. That went out the window when I moved to Hawaii. They don't have ANY snakes here! But, the fishing is great, both fresh water and ocean Ideal gardening 365 days a year.
