Life
After graduation I attended Eastern Illinois University, then taught for one year in Witt, IL; then attended graduate school for a Masters in English from SIU-Edwardsville..worked at B. Dalton Bookseller in Fairview Heights, IL and was promoted in 1977 to manager in Mason City, Iowa--moved to Lansing and Grand Ledge, Michigan and managed the bookstore there from 1979-1984..left to get back into teaching, and moved to Frankfort, IL in 1985 to teach at Lincoln-Way High School...in 1988 I decid...Expand for more
ed to teach English at the community college level and have been doing that ever since!..Married in 1978, and have three kids, and I love to attend rock and roll concerts here in the Chicago area, go to White Sox baseball games, and get involved in community activities as member of Jaycees and serve as board trustee of Frankfort Library...look forward to attending a class reunion again someday (I went to 10, 20, 25--I guess we did not have a 30th??) and seeing classmates. Also, as always, I read.
