Ricky's Story
Life
Since leaving high school, I worked two years in my father's tool and die shop, then several years at the Berean Bible Society in Chicago. In 1979, I became pastor of Faith Bible Church in Steger, Illinois. I met my wife Barbara there, and we were married in 1984. We have two children, a girl and a boy. ith Bible Church, but now also minister at BBS, responding to the Bible questions and counseling questions that come in, writing for their monthly Bible study magazine and serving as its assistant editor. My duties also include representing BBS at speaking engagements across the country, including a trip in 2005 to the Philippines, where our fellowship has hundreds of churches. "...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved..." (Acts 16:31).
