Riley's Story
Riley Walker, brother to Jane Walker Shattuck and Gary Walker. Son of Mrs Little.
Following graduation I went to Delta State for summer school. 66-69 I was at Delta State, then I was admitted to University of Louisville Dental School. 3 semester later the school and I agreed it wasn't working.. I have described my experience as a shinny pair of shoes that didn't work. I entered Southern Baptist Seminary and graduated in 1976. rved 80 or so churches in South East Indiana. 8 year with ABC of Indiana and in 2001 I was called to be Executive Minister of ABC of the Dakotas. I served 50 churches in North and South Dakota.
In 1971 I married Joyce Storm. Joyce is a RN. Our first child is Adair Brent who lives in Bedford. Four years later we had fraternal twins, Jon lives in Bedford area and Rachel lives in southern Germany.We are blessed to have 10 grand children.
I retired in 2013 and we moved back to Bedford Indiana where two of our children live.
