Rita's Story
Life
I have been married for 25 yrs in 2008 and have two sons, 22(in Feb) and 24(in June). Our two sons have gone to Iraq with the MN Army Nat'l Guard and returned safely. Our oldest, Jeremy, is now married and both our boys are finally back in college. Vincent, our youngest, owns his own home in Iowa where both the boys are finishing college after their 2 yr absence due to their deployments in Iraq. My husband, Tim, has also returned from his deployment to Kuwait with the Naval Reserve. He is soon to retire from the Navy after serving his 20 yrs. I am currently a Business Consultant and starting my own Real Estate Investment ventures. I return to Texas annually, as I still have several family members in Mission, McAllen and San Antonio. s also buried in Mission along with other family members. We plan to retire in the Hill Country NW of San Antonio. Even though I did not complete my HS at Hanna, I would still love to return for a reunion to see old friends. We are still currently living in MN, with my husband travelling to Japan with his job. We love to travel, refurbish cars, and watch UT Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys. We enjoy Nascar, football, baseball and golf. We do not own any pets, love motorcycles and 4 wheeling. We also enjoy horseback riding and hiking. I can't wait to return to Texas for good! It is way too cold up here in Minnesota and we get way too much snow. Don't like to drive in it, either.
