Rita's Story
When I hear stories about mean girls and high school bullies, I count myself fortunate. During my years at Rancho, I saw little of either. I belonged to many social groups, clubs and associations where all were welcome. I value that during my time, education and learning were valued. Heck, even most the class of '61 jocks went on to college, many to Ivy Leagues where they excelled.

n for many startups and successful divisions of companies.
I created a program for job search for execs and know those people who landed their jobs in record time taught others. I even wrote a guide book, "Job Search for Execs."
My legacy is the success of my clients. I know they have shared my insights with others which makes for better managers, employers and job search candidates.
I am an avid gardener working to create yet another pollinator garden and I have recently visited Singapore to explore their culinary offerings and botanical gardens. What a trip!
I write blogs (ritaashley.com), business books, (Job Search For Execs) and finally, a novel is under way.
Another passion which has received some acclaim is my photo art. I have enjoyed many gallery exhibits and awards and this year, will work to make my website more commercial. [photoartbyrashley.com.
I live in Southern Oregon, a beautiful place with lots of sunshine and room for adventures. I am a foodie and I enjoy cooking, fine wine and good beer. Come on by for a meal. I may read to you from my current chapters and I will absolutely listen to your own stories.
