There are some things that I tell people and some things that I don't. I was just checking this website out on the strength of one of my friends suggestion. I may add a bit more information after I see what's really going on. How's that?

aily. The only thing that I don't like is the politics that go on just as in any other business. All of my students love me and give and show me love all of the time. I feel very fortunate to be able to see people come in at one level and then, by graduation time, they have grown, matured, landed jobs in the food industry and all of that. My students are a "threat" to the culinary industry because they are the best!
