Rob's Story
Life
Graduated from BAHS in 87, there all 6 years. In the Fall of 87 I went to Florida State University in Tallahassee, didn't finish. Moved to Los Angeles in 91 joined Army Reserve, spent 18 months on active duty in Missouri; Monterey, CA; and Ft Bragg, NC. Moved to San Jose, CA in 93, been here for the most part ever since, except for a 9 month deployment to Bosnia. I work in the software industry.
Workplace
Like any Silicon Valley person, I have worked for several companies, always in sales: Blenheim NDN (trade show company, purchased by another company); SciNet (Data Storage company, out of business); Primus (knowledge managemet software, still going strong, they closed their California office, and I didn't want to move to Seattle); Interwoven (web content management, still around); ePeople (what the hell was I thinking?); diCarta (contract management software, where I am today).

I have served in the 7th Psychological Operations Group, Moffett Field, CA; 351st Civil Affairs Command, Mountain View, CA (I hold the additional MOS of 38A, Civil Affairs Specialist), and served with the Combined Joint Civil Military Task Force in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. Other Schools: Primary Leadership Development Course, Ft. Lewis, WA (Academic Honor Graduate); Military Police Evasive Driving Course; US Air Force Special Operations School Psycholigical Operations and Dynamics in International Terrorism Courses, Hurlburt Field, FL; Civil Affairs Specialist Course JFKSWC. Exercises I have participated in: Internal Look, Ulchi Focus Lens, Blue Flag, Operation Joint Guard, and support of various JRTC and BCTP rotations.
