Life What can I say, for the last 10 years I’ve been running nightclubs in Washington, D.C. I wish I could tell you what it’s been like but it’s all a blur. I keep up with a few people Shad Magno, Lisa Celaya, Eric Valentine, and Donald Evangelio. Shad and Eric have been out here to visit and had a blast. Poor guys I think the nightlife hurt them. Ok, what else can I say, I joined the Marines after high school and from there went to San Diego for boot camp and training. I was chosen to come to Marine Barracks 8th and I. I thought I was going to travel. California to D.C. wasn’t much of a trip, though. I did go to Camp David and White House for training and ceremonies. I was the poster boy for the 1992 tour guide book for Washington D.C. and I also got some face time on CNN as well as ABC news nothing major though. After the military, I got into the restaurant business waiting tables going to school. One thing led to another and I started working at ZEI (nightclub) and from there learned everything I could about nightclubs and running them. In 1995 I became the General Manager and ran ZEI until it closed in 2001. I took some time off and went to Germany, Austria, the Bahamas, and Hawaii.
