Rob's Story
Rob married Deborah Wheeler (Mitchel High) in June 1970. He attended the University of Maryland and was awarded a Bachelor's degree in business administration. He later attended Washburn Uiversisty School of Law, receiving a Doctor of Law in 1981 and the George Washington National Law Center to receive a 2nd, specialty law degree (LL.M. in Government Procurement Law) in 1996. ent several years as a Staffer on Caoitol Hill with the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee serving as their government acquisition subject matter expert, and worked for 10-years as a GS-14 and 15 supporting numerous special programs. He is now fully retired.
Rob and Debbie are the parents of 3-sons and 3-daughters, and have 15-grandchildren so far. They live in northern Virginia but still don't have their pool nor horses!
