Rob's Story
Wow. 61 years old now and 43 years since we graduated high school! Well, I officially have more gray hair now than black, but I do still have hair! I must say that I've had a blessed life, especially considering the influence that "Middle Earth" and "Strawberry Fields" had on my younger years! I have three children:Christina is 40, Vincent 24,and Victoria 19. Great kids and better human beings! Career wise, I worked in the hotel industry for 11 years as a General Manager and Director of Operations, 4 years as a Personal Assistant to a Chicago Bulls basketball player, then I finally figured out what I wanted to do when I "grew up" and went back to college and...Expand for more
obtained a degree in Nursing. Since 1998, I have worked as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager, and as a Director of Nursing at a psychiatric hospital for children and adolescents. I have officially come full circle now and am back in Lake County working for the Lake County Health Department.I know, you're thinking, "this can't be the same Rob Spiziri I knew in high school", And you would be right! I don't even remember where I put my "Sex, Drugs and Rock n Roll" tee shirt!
If you are reading this, that means you are still breathing, and that's a good thing! I still think about alot of you, and some people never. But that's how it works, isn't it??
