Robbin A. Robinson:  

Life I was a member of the library council, from the old high school to the new one. I practiced with boys's track team and I ran for Central Jersey's track club. I was known as "Track Star," the girl who could run as fast as the wind. I enjoyed Mrs. McConnell's art class and I tried to take out Cavanaugh Cobbs in Mr. Tyler's science class. I remember 'fros, bell bottoms, elephant pants, cuffs, Black Panthers, the Drama Club, MacBeth with the Afrikan flavor, Student Council for change, the '71 riot, the old public library, the new public library, history class with Geatal Sylvester, Up with People, the Annex, the Harlem Diplomats, security guards, fire alarms, iron fist Fritz, Spanish class, math with Mrs. Theresa, Ben'ary's English class (wrong place, wrong time.) Mrs. Jeannette Williams was the principal. I had Mr. Luciano, for homeroom. I hung out with Deborah Burress, Tina Sullivan, Tina Woodson, and Phyllis Anderson. I remember the walks from the west end to the east end, basement parties, Rocco's. I entered the Air Force on 15 Oct 74, and I retired, in '94. I'm living in North Charleston, South Carolina, driving my nephews crazy. Been around the world and I'm enjoying myself. I'm married and we are raising our eleven year old nephew. I would love to hear from Plainfield, New Jersey.
