Robert Brown:

CLASS OF 1982
Ft. worth, TX

Robert's Story

Life I am currently in a Mexican Prison for drug possession, if anyone reads this please send money and some toilet paper. My life was going good until 1998, I had a pig farm and grew large amounts of marijuana then my neighbor snitched on me because of the smell, my wife and I travelled for a few years basically foreign prison to foreign prison, we have now settled into a nice mexican prison, its nice - three meals a day, a few lashes across the back and a nice cot. I had a pet cockroach but the neighbor next door in cell block uno ate it. We get mail once every six months - mostly the IRS trying to collect back taxes on the pig farm. My wife works in the laundry room and I got a real nice trade making pet rocks. I make 2 pesos a day and my wife makes one, as usual I am the bread winner or I should say the tortilla winner. My wife is related to the Bush family as in George but they have little to do with us. He once said he was going to help us out but got drunk then invaded some middle east country and forgot all about us - typical in-law. Well its chow time - tonights dinner? e is true. I have been happily married since 1998 to the former Caron Parnell (Class of 85) I have two step-children, still live in River Oaks, even served 6 years on the River Oaks City Council (who would have ever thought that would have happened?)But we are about to move. I work at a publishing company in downtown Fort Worth, Caron works at a bank. When I am not spending time with my wife and family members, you can find me riding my mountain bike on the Trinity Trail, fishing, or hanging out with newly re-aquainted friends Kent Adams/wife & family and his brother Kurt/wife & family. Lately though I have been cruising the Blvd. with my newly licensed step-son and his four wheel drive truck (imagine that). One of the first things he wanted to do was go four wheeling so I took him down Inspiration point (just like it used to be only not as fun). I have attended all of our reunions and am looking forward to the 25th. It is good to see so many of us on this website. I think something that would be cool would be to have group reunions like the old Northside classes do, maybe we could do the classes of 79, 80, 81, and 82 all at one time.
