Robert's Story
OK, pictures are soon to come, don't start crying. Well I guess with people I knew "well" in school my silliness proceeds me. Everybody else the number one answer is, Hey, Your the Cocaine Guy! Which is a rememberance of the "battle of the bands" my senior year.(Ah memories) Since high school I toured briefly with a rock band(Stage Left), and acctually played in bands until 1992 mostly R&R, and Blues. When back to school in 87' to get my radio licence and went to work for WKBM-FM radio in Coal City,Il in 1990 where I did everything from on-air work to selling commercial ads for the station. During my time there I had the opportunity to broadcast from the "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" witness a State of Illinois execution in 95'...Expand for more
and produce lots of great radio shows for the area. But, Radio is a fickle world and the station was sold in 97' so I went to work at L-R systems in New Lenox,Il as a welder building plastic recycling machinery until 2003 when that company went out of business, and I moved to Peddinghaus Corp. building steel fabrication machines for them. Got married in 1999 to Brenda Call a 88' alum for BBCHS moved to Georgia in 2007 in June separated and came back to Illinois in November and working on divorce. I work with a SCCA sportscar racing team in the summers and have decided to get my motorcycle licence and take fencing lessons. Yeah I know, I'm all over the road, but I have as much fun as I can all the time. Why Not. Bob
