Life The guidance counselor Swazey told me to pick a career within my aptitude!!! I think he was stunned when I told him I was going to be a pilot. So I walked out on him & haven't looked back. Physics teacher' Tom Shirley believed in me which made the difference!!! I've been to 64 + countries on 5 continents [Australia & Antartica to go]. I also aquired my Commercial Pilot with Instrument & Multi- Engine ratings, Aircraft Mechanic with Airframe & Power Plant ratings, Flight Engineer with Turbo Jet rating...Worked on or have flown Boeing 707, 720, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, A300, A319, A320, A321,Douglas DC8-30, 50, 60, & 70 series, DC9-10 &30 series DC10-10 &30 series BAC 1-11, L1011, corperate jets & private planes of most types. Also did some Quality Control as an Inspector, 5630 hours flying, I've been as far north as Alaska/ Iceland, south to Tierra Del Fuego, east to New Deli, & west to Diego Garcia.
