Robert's Story
Most everyone that I knew at Poly was involved with the swim team or was part of the intellectual set and tended to stay away from the Pentagon at lunch.
I always wanted to be a mathematician when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were partly right. I ended up working in electronics while in the Air Force and got into banking when I retired. Now I am a financial advisor. At least I work with numbers.

I have lived in Texas, Mississippi, Florida, Maryland and Nevada (currently), since leaving Poly High. I also lived in Germany for 8 years during the late 70's and 80's. The best time there was when the Berlin wall came down. What a special time for all of us.
My wife and I have been married now for 32 years and are still going strong. I met her in Riverside, CA in 1975 and we had one daughter who's now got one son. Being a grandparent is definitely more fun than being the parent. So now the plan is to build that retirement nest egg for the next 10 years and then lie back on easy street.
