Robert's Story
After Bushwick HS I attended New York City Community College where I received my Associates Degree. I then got my first full time job at Con Edison where I worked for six months before I was drafted into the Army. Luckily I was sent off to Turkey instead of Viet Nam. I was very lucky. d in 1970. Bought a house and moved to Long Island in 1972. Raised a family of three boys who are now all out of the house and all doing well.
I currently have a part time job working as a park ranger at a nature preserve. I love my job and best of all I can walk to work. If I'm not at work or fixing up my house I'm out with my wife either visiting the kids or relatives, or friends, at the beach, etc. etc. I am a very lucky person.
