School
Most interesting memories of high school was practicing for the JROTC drill team. Sometimes Elvia Cuellar would be in the same area with the Bisonettes and watch us. I remember taking Elvia to the military ball of 1974 and nominating her for our JROTC Company B Sweetheart which she did during my senior year. Had such a fun time doing "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" and "The Unsinkable Molly Brown". I enjoyed JROTC very much and being on the drill team and color guard.
I always wanted to be a soldier when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a dumb idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
