Robert Gerard's Story
After college, started working for North America Petroleum Co./St James, Louisiana from 1979 - 1984, and in May/1985 changed employement and started working for Air Products & Chemicals, Inc./Geismar, Louisiana holding various management assignments and traveling around the USA thru June/1997. From 1997-1998 was in Camacari, Brazil for a one year technical support assignment, and in October/1998 transferred to our subsidary/Air Products Brasil Ltda./Sao Paulo permanently as an Operations Manager working in Camacari, Brazil where I continue that role thru today...

ed remarried, and have a beautiful step-daughter. We presently live in a suburb of Salvador, called Lauro De Freitas along the Atlantic coast with lots of beautiful beaches and year-round warm weather. Continue to travel alot, and when not working one of my favorite past-times is cooking for family and friends at home, as I enjoy doing gourmet cooking. My plans are to retire in Brazil in the next five-10 years, and continue making regular trips to the USA to visit family, as they are now scattered across the USA - D´ville, La. / Charlotte, NC / Kenosha, Wis / Portland, Or....
