Robert's Story
I was a letter carrier in E ST Louis delivery area and ended up retiring after 37 years with the Postal Service with my last position as Sectional Center Postmaster Carbondale IL. I lived mainly in the metro area, moving to Red Bud IL when I was Postmaster of Red Bud and last to Marion IL - my daughters chose Marion for the school district so that is whe...Expand for more

I have a son and 4 daughters, 11 grandchildren with another on the way in January.
I have and always had a good sence of humor and positive attitude.
Spect my childhood in Fairmont City and really miss the small town and good neighbors and friends. That was surely the good old days and I guess we realize things like that as we get older.
