Robert's Story
I am married and have two sons ages 20 and 17 from my first marriage. Married Patti Matz (Harding high school grad '78) in 2002. I live in Woodbury, work for 3M. I am a Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management professional. Currently the Sr Mgr of 3M's corporate Lean Six Sigma and Corporate Quality Services staff group. I travel around the world teaching, training, coaching and consulting - and professional networking. Previously served as Division Quality Manager for 3M Post-it products and 3M Personal Care Products (disposal diaper closure systems).

I enjoy Fantasy Football - I am the Commissioner of two leagues, both in existence for over 20 years; driving my 2005 Mustang GT convertible, and touring on my Vespa Gran Tourismo 200cc scooter around the area lakes.
Active in the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - a global professional society of quality engineers and managers.
