Robert's Story

Too bad no one wanted to take advantage of my brain; we would all have been smarter as well as very well off. Uploaded a pic of me at 16 yrs from when I was in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. I was in 10th, my brother Claude was in 7th, and my sister Linda was in fifth, if anyone wants to check the yearbooks there. I should have graduated in 1979, but my parents' divorce took precedence over my education when I was in third grade (1969-70), and I missed way too many days, so they 'flunked' me. Do any of you know how humiliating that was for me, a person of considerable scholastic skill at the time?!! I was DEVASTATED, and NO ONE CARED! The only thing that saved me from losing my mind was the first sight of the face of Carol Ann Hartzog, whom I grossed out when I kept turning around to my left to talk to her after I got hit in the side of the head with a rock skipped off a puddle by James Saldivar. My head was quite bloody and matted; I must have been a sight to behold! I really wish I could go back and not obey my father's injunction against fighting. Maybe I would have earned respect, as just leaving everyone be has not done anything near that. I believe you all suspected the torture us Morgan kids were living under, and yet you did absolutely nothing to alleviate it at all. Some knew that my father was a sadistic, evil man, yet did NOTHING!!! I did my best to not imitate him. I have no children, and I have never struck a woman in anger, hate, or aggression. I never would, and I believe it to be wrong to do so. I just tried to survive growing up without too much damage. I do wish everyone had not been so cold toward me. I don't like not having anyone back there to even write to once in a while. It's like being cast adrift without anchor. That's where I grew up. Forrest Street is one place I lived, right across the street from the Villarreals and next door to the Lozanos, and a short walk to school. Another was Paloma (after my father married the thief, Juanita Jaramillo), before my father moved us to Oklahoma for a few years. Last place I lived in Rio Hondo was on the street called Kindengern Road, near Harrolds St. I remember bein...Expand for more
g baptized in St. Helen's Catholic Church on Huisache when I was 10 or 11, not that it ever removed the stigma of my six-six-six name, as if I was the only male child ever named with three six-letter names. Just goes to show how primitive some beliefs can be. Thanks to being left alone (silently shunned, left out of everything!) I never was inspired to succeed at anything, and thus I have not. Too bad all you ladies didn't check out the other 'superstitions' regarding me, such as: huge feet & hands, 'bunny trail' from the navel down, etc. My 'nickname' of 'Sasquatch' or 'Bigfoot' when I was in junior high should have been a sign of 'things to come' so to speak! I would have been supremely satisfying, as none of you will ever know, as none of you saw fit to choose me as your 'first and only', and didn't even enlist the help of each other to find out the 'mysterious' truth! Talk about LAZY! Oh, well. I hope you are all happy with the one for whom you 'settled'. I personally will NEVER go behind another man so long as I live, if I happen to outlive my wife. NO MORE SECOND HAND WOMEN! I have never had a virgin, and I would, in such circumstances, settle for no less than one of legal age and for all eternity with no escape or divorce clause! Beyond that, maybe I should have woke you all up by dangling my corpse from the bridge crossmembers on graduation day 1980 with a banner that read: AM I HUNG WELL ENOUGH NOW? Maybe then SOME of you would have understood the depth of pain and despair you caused which I had to deal with from when it was caused (by my enforced isolation) on. "We never knew." you might pathetically claim, or "Who cares?" You MAKE the people around you, fools! A town with so many churches should have more Godly people in it, wouldn't you think? More like a town full of demons! Prove me wrong and write me a letter. I am also known as bobmorg777. I'm a real yahoo. I reside in the 'full circle' area code (how many degrees in a circle?). I will save the rest of the number for the 'good' people who know how to and desire to communicate; otherwise, I will say to God on Judgment Day, "I NEVER KNEW YOU!" Addio, ragazzi!
