Robert's Story
Robert is married with one 10 year old and is employed at NASA's Jet propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA. He is currently working on a device the forms the bridge between the Robotic and Manned Exploration of Mars by converting Mars atmosphere to something breathable and to rocket fuel for return flights. versus mission architectures where the device is absent. The device could come to be of some historical importance.
Projects include the Mars 2020 Rover, the Phoenix Mars lander, the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter and numerous others including a brief effort with Europa. Formerly worked routinely with space-based telescopes with segmented optics such as JWST (hubble successor).
