Robert's Story

Life After playing and traveling with the airline industry I am now happily married to Vickie (formerly Graves), class of '74. If that isn't storybook enough, we bought the house she was brought up in, but a new learning opportunity led us to move to Elk Grove. Our boys are now 12 and 15. Tashi, our 7th grader is quite a musician and quite a shot put and discus thrower. Adam, a sophomore is a distance runner. Both of our boys have competed on the national level in AAU and USA Track and Field. Adam is the AAU Region 13a champion in both the 1500m and 3000m runs. ways seek opportunities to apply what we learn. A very successful school principalship started an exciting journey which took me to the White House and to an eductional and business summit in Suzhou, China. I have served on the U.S. Department of Education's Site Visitation Team for the National Blue Ribbon Schools Program and a contract with the California Department of Education. I am again doing what I love (being a middle school principal). I hope and pray that the journey is far from over. Hey everyone, the class of '73 has the most names on this site.
