It's been a few years since I originally filled this out so I guess it's time for an update........... After high school I did a short stint in the Navy. Back as a civilian, I moved into the electrical / electronics field as an industrial electrician and then entering the electronic communications field as an engineering technician for a Motorola communications facility. Several years later I moved into the government sector working for the counties of Orange and Los Angeles. Tried to retire early but wound up staying put and working to this day. Hopefully I'll be able to escape the rat race and pull the pin in the next couple of years. I have a retirement home (not that kind) in the midwest that I'm dying to get to. The youngest of the kids is now in college and we have 1 grand daughter so it won't be much longer before the Mrs and I will be on our own again. Been with my wife for 21 years next June. I still am into the car and bike things that I was in high school except that now I have the money (but not the time) to deal with them.
