Life From high school, I spent 23 years in the Air Force, 16 of which were in Colo. Springs between assignments at NORAD Hq. and the staff at the Air Force Academy. The remaining assignments were spent in Tucson Arizona, Guam, Iceland, Alaska, and Texas. After retiring from the AF, I worked in the aerospace industry for 10 years. In the latter careers, I worked in education and training environments. I recently retired from the faculty as an academic librarian at Tarrant County College in Ft. Worth after having been with the college for 12 years. Along the way, I earned an AA degree from Pikes Peak Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Colorado, and earned graduate degrees from CU Denver, and the University of North Texas. In the Fall of 2004 I returned to Colorado and was soon joined by Lora, my long time Texas sweetheart. Lora and I were married at the AF Academy in the Spring of 2005.
