Robert's Story
Hi
I decided to join this site because the fact is that I just really miss home and the real people that I knew when i was growing up. I hope that things have turned out well for those who I knew and it is also a chance to say "hi" to people who you have not seen and see how they have evolved.
My own life has on the surface been good. I live in Toronto. Besides being a lawyer I also have an MBA and I am fortunate to have good friends and I am healthy but at the same time I admit that I am disappointed that I had only a short marriage and never had the opportunity to be a father or ( at least so far) not even a step father.

en he heard me introduce myself it turned out that it was Sandy Baird who was not only with us at PWC but who I had been with since Ms, Brooks Nursery School followed by Harrington School, Hollaway School, McPherson and PWC. She is a great dog
When I look at what teenagers have to contend with today and the challenges they face in almost every facet of life I am so glad that I was fortunate to grow up at a certain point of time and that it was in Newfoundland. It was a time that was a good mix of adventure, craziness, and yet still being naive. I see my friends kids today and they are good kids and perhaps it is just because things are different in a city of this size but I wish they could experience something akin to those times.
I like to think that over the years I have become a better person and I think that anything good that I have done was because of the grounding, and the community that I was lucky to have enjoyed and of course that means all of you. Thanks
