School The teacher that inspired me most was Mr. Peterson, my architecture class instructor. He had the saying by Socrates on his board, "We strive for perfection, not for mediocrity." That has stayed with me since high school and I try to instill it in my kids and the kids / subordinates I work with or deal with in my job. We don't ever reach perfection, but we should not settle for mediocrity. I had a great time in high school and I am instilling in my own kids to have the best time possible, but keep your grades up and make the best memories possible. I Earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Univ of Redlands in 2000 and a Master's Degree in Organizational Management at Univ of Phoenix in 2004. Earned a second Master’s Degree at Air University, in 2012. Military Served 4 years active duty in the Army as a Bradley Fighting Vehicle Gunner, mostly with the 1/11th Armored Cavalry Regiment in Fulda, Germany. Currently serving in the Air Force Reserve since 2000, as a Lieutenant Colonel at MacDill Air Force Base, FL. I have deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan in 2010/11 and Amman, Jordan in 2018.
