Robert's Story
Married Sharon Wetzel, Banning class of .1963 She was the first and only girl I dated and we were married Feb. 9 1963..We Lived in Calif until 1978 in Wilmington, Long Beach, Torrance,Lancaster,Boron,moved to Rainier Oregon in 1978 and have lived here ever since ..We have a son 45 who works for the State Of Oregon he is a computer whiz for them ..We have a daughter who is a Major in the U.S.Army and just finished 20 years she is 43 years old. Sharon and I have been married for 47 years now .. We both are retired and enjoying life and our grand daughters. four girls our sons twin girls 19 and our daughters girls 15 and 11 year old. a small farm in the Rainier hills we raised horses,cows pigs,goats,chickens and geese.We also had a pack of hunting hounds. I was raised on a farm in Penn. until I was 11 years old and I had always wanted to get back to the farm. I never felt that I belonged in the city. In 1984, when the kids went off to college,we moved to the flat land down by the Columbia River. We sold everything but the horses and a few dogs and bought a home and one acre of land .The dogs have gone on their last hunt now and our mare rode off in the sunset. She was twenty years old we still have her son and he is twenty four now. We also have nine laying hens that make up our little farm now
