Robert's Story

Life After high school I joined the US Navy. Two years on a 30 year old ship convinced me it was time for college; I did that on a Navy ROTC scholarship. After graduating I spent 6 years as a submarine officer. I have continued in the USNR & am currently a CAPT in a Secretary of Defense staff assignment. My wife (Gail) and I were married in RI in 1999 and we each brought 2 children to the family: one son and 3 daughters. They are all grown w/ 2 in RI, 1 in CT, and 1 in VW.
