Robert's Story
Life
Hey NA and Allegheny grads,
I've been in Denver for 12 years now and it is definitely God's country. Over 300 sunny days a year and one of the few places on earth where I can ski on Saturday and golf on Sunday.
I'm still a die-hard Pittsburgh fan of any sport - go Pens, Stillwers, Panthers, and Pirates!!
I am a tooth carpenter (dentist) by day and a sports and outdoor enthusiast by any other time! I went to Penn Dental school and moved out here for a residency. Took me two weeks to fall in love with Denver and have been here ever since.
I am recently (and very painfully) divorced. I do not wish that scenerio on anybody. But, after a year of healing and moving forward, I am looking towards the future instead of the past. No kids or pets - except for the all the squirrels in the back yard.

Favorite high school teacher - without a doubt, Chuck Sabatos!! He was in touch with us young guns growing up thinking we were all cool. Great coach, too!
Workplace
Fixing teeth and curing gum disease is rewarding in that there is immediate or quick results and satisfiaction. Nobody likes to go to the dentist (and I worry about those that actually enjoy a root canal or extraction), but my main goal is to have a patient say, "Hey Dr. Bob, that wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be."
My work allows me tons of free time because of my scheduling. Gives me time to travel, run, bike, golf, and give back to those less fortunate.
