Robert's Story
After high school, I spent a couple of years as an irresponsible vagabond, then joined the Army in Florida. While in Vietnam, an unpleasant experience was the cause of a complete change in my outlook on life. After returning home, I enrolled at Franklin Institute of Boston and received an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering. I then transferred to MIT. After completing a year there, I met and married Marilyn Zonak of Natick (class of '73).

ry from St. Anselm while still working.
We had four children, two girls and two boys, and now have five grandchildren. I retired after 30 years with Sylvania and my wife retired from the New Hampshire Department of Corrections two years ago.
A large part of our social life has revolved around motorcycles. We belong to the Northerners Motorcycle club (on Facebook) as do our closest friends.
Between family, friends, bikes, gardening, hiking, home renovation, and volunteer work with the Salvation Army, our lives are full and rewarding. We feel very blessed.
