Where to start?
I now live in Orlando Florida after spending 9 years in South America. I worked for a company out of Chicago for 25 years before leaving them in Dec 2002.
While in South America I was the President of an $80M Beef Processing company. It was great fun. I finally learned spanish...thank you Mrs. Dykes!! You would have been proud! By the way Broadwater....I can speak espanol!

he US Embassy / ambassadors & Senators. Won an award given by then Secretary of State Madeline Albright for Corporate Excellence abroad. Fun times and lots of stories....worth a few beers, however, not BUSCH or PBR, please!!
I have recently acquired the franchise rights to a chain of TEX-MEX restaurants, and opened my first unit in August. Currently I am working on opening #4
