Born and raised in Chicago area..........and still here! I have 3 grown children (2 boys and a girl), and 1 beautiful granddaughter! I was born in the city, moved to Hoffman Estates in 59, and attended St.Hubert's. Great education and discipline. Attended Conant from 67 to 71. Then went to Harper Jr. until 73, and finished school at Columbia College in the city. Graduated in 76 with a B.A. in Communications. Studied radio and TV in college, took PR classed the last year of school. Married in June of 76. Worked for Dominick's Foods HQ until 78 as the Cust. Relations Manager. Left that year and pursued a sales career. Just began my 33rd year in sales. Have been employed with several food brokers, Best Foods (Hellman's, Skippy, Mazola). Spent 16 years with the Hershey Chocolate Co. as a field sales rep in the Midwest. Sweet job! Downsized in 97. Found a sales position with a dietary supplement manufacturer. Left for a competitor in 2001 and still employed with them (Nutraceutical Corp.). I visit health food stores, Whole Food Markets, and Vitamin Shoppe outlets to sell the product line (4,000 + products) and help train the sales staff about the products. I was divorced in 2001 and lived in Clarendon Hills until 2006, when I moved to Warrenville. This is the town where my ex and I raised our family. M...Expand for more
