Robert's Story
After High School I joined the Air Force as a Security Specialist. I trained at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. I was stationed at Hahn, Germany for 2 years and Great Falls, Montana for 1 year. After getting out in 1984 I came back and had a bunch of different jobs until getting hired on with the Vista School District in 1988. Started out as a custodian at RBVHS and Crestview elementary, promoted to Athletic Field Tech. at Vista High, then promoted to Lead Grounds Maint. Work...Expand for more

While at VHS I met my wonderful wife, Diana. We were married in August 1999. We have 2 kids, girl and boy, 1 grandkid-boy, 1 more grandkid on the way. Our daughter, Talia is 27, married, and the one with the kids. Our son, Mike is 21 and is going to be going to EMT school.
We have 2 small dogs, Marty and Jackie. We were fortunate to have found them. 1 we found at the school shortly after we were married and the other came to us through a friend who found her at a church.
